This returns and exchanges policy applies to all women’s clothing products sold via our official website, and fully adheres to UK consumer rights regulations. We aim to deliver a pleasant shopping experience and fair after-sales service for every customer.

1. General Return & Exchange Period

You may apply for a return or exchange for most regular products within 30 calendar days starting from the date you successfully receive your order. Any requests submitted beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility & Restrictions

  • All returned merchandise must be unused, unaltered and unwashed. There shall be no signs of wear, dirt, scratches or perfume odour. All original hang tags, care labels and retail packaging must be kept complete.
  • Due to public health and hygiene regulations, intimate apparel, underwear and swimwear are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customised products (if applicable) are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact our team: Send an email to payment@sandersonapparel.net, stating your full name, order reference number, product details and the reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for confirmation: Our staff will review your request and send you a reply with further instructions within 2 working days.
  3. Ship back the parcel: Follow our guidance to pack the goods properly and deliver them to our registered address. Please ensure your order number is visible on the package for quick processing.
  4. Await inspection: Our team will inspect all returned items upon arrival. We only proceed with refunds or exchanges for qualified goods.

4. Shipping Cost Arrangement

  • For voluntary returns and exchanges due to personal preference, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • If items arrive damaged, defective, or we send the wrong goods, we will take full responsibility for all related shipping costs.

5. Refund Rules

  • Approved refunds will be transferred back to your original payment account within 3–5 working days after item inspection is completed.
  • The original delivery cost incurred when placing your order will not be included in the refund.
  • The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment provider and bank.

6. Exchange Rules

  • Exchanges are available for alternative sizes, colours or equivalent styles of the same product line.
  • We will ship the new item to you after we complete the inspection of returned goods. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery based on your location.
  • Stock availability is subject to real-time inventory; we will notify you promptly if your requested replacement item is out of stock.

7. Handling of Defective & Damaged Products

Please inspect your goods immediately after delivery. If you find products with quality defects, damage or delivery errors, please contact us within 7 calendar days. We will provide two solutions for you to choose from: a full refund, or a free product exchange. All associated shipping fees will be covered by our company.
