4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the Site are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

We accept secure payments via major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI‑compliant payment service providers, including Stripe.
4.2 Order Confirmation
Your order constitutes an offer to buy Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment verification failure, or errors in pricing or product information. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
5.2 Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Delivery times, costs, and service levels are set out in our Shipping Policy.
5.3 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is marked as dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer available, and you must follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In summary:
- You may request returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original, resalable condition with tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear are non‑returnable
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection
8. User Accounts & Security
You may choose to create an account on our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for misuse or breach of these Terms.

We sell only genuine women’s apparel and related fashion products. We do not sell counterfeit, infringing, dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items. All Products comply with UK safety and quality standards applicable to clothing and fashion goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses or harmful components
